Return and Refund Policy

Returns

VR Soulière does not accept returns due to a change of mind or personal preference on new or used recreational vehicles.

A repair, replacement, or other corrective measure may be offered in the following circumstances:

  • The vehicle has a defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty;

  • The vehicle has a defect that should have been identified during the ACVRQ-certified pre-delivery inspection;

  • The vehicle is covered by the legal warranty provided under the Consumer Protection Act.

To report an issue, please contact the after-sales service department at your VR Soulière location as soon as possible after discovering the problem. Please have your contract number and a description of the issue available.

Claims Processing

Each claim is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our after-sales service department, taking into account the nature of the issue, the terms and conditions of the sales contract, and any applicable warranties (manufacturer’s warranty, extended warranty, or legal warranty).

Based on this assessment, VR Soulière may offer:

  • Repair of the vehicle at no cost to the customer;

  • Replacement of the defective part or unit;

  • Another solution agreed upon with the customer.

Deposits and Refunds

The deposit paid upon signing an offer to purchase is applied toward the purchase price and deducted from the balance payable under the contract upon delivery of the vehicle.

If the transaction is not completed, the deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the offer to purchase.

When a refund is applicable, it will be issued using the original method of payment within 15 business days.

Final Sale

Except in cases involving defects or warranties as described above, all vehicle sales are final once the contract has been signed and the vehicle has been delivered, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sales contract.
